Contemporary dance classes use a range of movement qualities, dynamics and music. You work with your body to develop articulation, coordination and a strong dance technique. In its continuous exploration and discovery of new ways of moving, contemporary dance classes specifically encourage self expression, natural movement and personal interpretation.

At Studio 19 Centre of Performing Arts in Eustis, Florida we aim to provide a caring, supportive and positive environment, encouraging fun, while supporting individual creativity and utilizing the benefits of a safe and serious dance practice. During our contemporary dance classes, our students not only enjoy their dancing and gain good technical dance skills, but they also finish each course with a sense of satisfaction and achievement.
