  1.  A Student’s registration will NOT BE COMPLETE UNTIL the Registration Form is completed & signed, the registration fee of $25.00 and the tuition deposit are paid in full.(Deposits and Registration Fees are non-refundable.)  Students will not be allowed to attend class until registration is complete.
  2. First month’s tuition is due on the 1st class in August. Each month thereafter (Sept-May), Tuition is due on the 1st of the month.  A late fee of $15.00 will be assessed, monthly to any student’s account with an unpaid balance after the 10th of each month. Any student with unpaid tuition, more than 45 days overdue, will not be permitted to attend classes until the balance is paid in full and collection proceedings will follow.
  3. All returned checks will incur a $25.00 returned check fee. After the 2nd returned check we will need to make arrangements for alternative payment for the rest of the season.
  4. No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes. Students who wish to discontinue classes are required to give a written thirty (30) day notice. Tuition will cease thirty (30) days from the Notice of Discontinuance.
  5. Studio 19 Centre for Performing Arts is not staffed to monitor un-chaperoned students. If a student is under 12 years of age, parents must remain with their children until the start of class. Older students may be dropped off no earlier than 30 minutes before the start of class time. No student under the age of 18 may leave the studio for any reason without a parent or legal guardian.  (This means students may not wait or congregate outside of the studio).  All students must be picked-up within 15 minutes after their classes end. Any student left unsupervised for more than 15 minutes after his / her class ends will incur a $10.00 fee per fifteen minutes.  The proper authorities will be notified after the first hour a child is left without contact from a parent or legal guardian.
  6. I  Do  /  Do not  (Please circle one), give permission to Maria Errico and Studio 19 Centre for Performing Arts to use pictures of my daughter / son / self for advertising purposes. I understand there is no monetary compensation for doing so.

I, the undersigned, understand the policies of Studio 19 Centre for Performing Arts and agree to abide by these in full. I recognize the risks of accident or injuries associated with any performing arts program and acknowledge that I am participating upon the express understanding that I am willing an able to accept full responsibility for my own and/or my child’s safety and welfare. I certify that I/my child am/is in good health and capable of participating in all activities in my/his/her respective program. I agree that Studio 19 Centre for Performing Arts and its staff shall not be liable in any way for any injuries sustained or loss of property during attendance at the school or any of its related functions.

Your use of any Studio 19 resources indicates you have read and fully understand the Studio Policy mentioned here.  Upon entrance you agree to be bound by our policy, and agree to routinely review this policy for changes, additions, and updates.
